BiuBiuYoga first need to understand the issue and its scope. You can provide photos or videos, the affected SKU, quantity and relevant order information, allowing us to determine whether the problem may be related to production, transportation, packaging or another factor.

We then review the case with the relevant production team, assess the cause and determine the appropriate solution based on the nature, quantity and responsibility for the issue. Depending on the situation, the solution may include replacement, remake, credit, compensation or correction in a subsequent order.

The process does not stop at resolving the immediate issue. We also record and review the cause so that corrective measures can be incorporated into future production where necessary. For a growing activewear brand, this approach is important because after-sales support is not only about resolving one defective shipment—it is also about improving repeat-order consistency and reducing the risk of the same problem recurring.

A meaningful comparison should look beyond the garment unit price. Depending on the project, a complete quotation should clarify the product specification, customization level, logo technique, labels, hangtags, packaging, MOQ, sample cost, production lead time, shipping method and freight cost.

For DDP orders, it is also important to confirm exactly what the quoted service includes, because duties, taxes, customs handling and destination requirements can vary by country and shipment type. Two suppliers may quote different prices simply because their service scopes are not the same.

BiuBiuYoga recommend comparing quotations only after confirming that the fabric, GSM, construction, customization, quality requirements and packaging specifications are aligned. A lower garment price may not represent a lower total cost if it comes with higher customization charges, additional packaging costs, slower replenishment or more expensive shipping. A clear quotation should help you understand exactly what you are paying for before placing the order.

Repeat-order consistency is managed by using the approved sample and product specifications as the reference for future production. We keep key information such as fabric specifications, color references, measurements, construction details, branding requirements and packaging requirements so that subsequent orders can be produced against the same standards.

However, natural variation can occur between different fabric and dye lots, particularly when orders are produced at different times. We therefore focus on controlling these variations within the agreed requirements and identifying meaningful differences before shipment rather than assuming that every production lot will be identical.

For core products with regular replenishment, a stable fabric and supplier strategy can also help improve consistency. BiuBiuYoga's integrated development and manufacturing process allows product information established during sampling to be carried forward into bulk and repeat production, helping growing brands maintain a more consistent fit, color, fabric feel and overall product experience as order volumes increase.

We use quality control throughout production rather than relying only on a final inspection. Key checkpoints cover fabric and color, measurements, stitching, logo placement, workmanship, labels, quantity and packaging, with bulk production compared against the approved sample and specifications.

BiuBiuYoga has been manufacturing activewear since 2009, with 5 production lines, 180 Santoni seamless knitting machines and around 120 skilled workers. Our quality process includes four main inspection stages: initial inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection and pre-packing inspection. Depending on the product, checks can also include color fastness, stretch recovery, squat-proof performance and wash durability.

If an issue is identified, we document the problem, assess its quantity and cause, arrange correction where possible, and recheck the affected products before shipment. Quality control is not about claiming that manufacturing will never have defects; it is about having a systematic process to identify, correct and reduce quality risks before products reach your customers.

Appearance is only one part of an activewear product's cost. The final price can be affected by fabric grade, GSM, yarn quality, dyeing, pattern complexity, stitching, construction, logo technique, trims, order quantity, quality-control requirements and packaging.

For example, two leggings may look almost identical in product photos but differ significantly in opacity, stretch and recovery, fabric hand feel, durability and fit after repeated wear. Custom colors, special construction and additional branding can also increase development or production costs.

By understanding the relationship between material, construction, performance, customization and quantity, you can identify where higher specifications create meaningful customer value and where a more economical option may be sufficient.

Sampling is used to confirm much more than the garment's appearance. It is the stage where we evaluate fabric, fit, measurements, construction, color, logo placement, trims and overall product direction before bulk production.

For a typical custom development, simpler samples may take around 7–10 days, while more complex designs can require additional development time. Sample fees are generally around US$80–100, depending on the project requirements. These figures are project-dependent and should be confirmed according to the specific design.

After receiving the sample, feedback can be reviewed systematically to distinguish production issues from requested design changes. This makes each revision more precise and helps establish the approved sample as the reference standard for bulk production, reducing the risk of differences between the approved design and the final order.
